A BOUTIQUE THAT FEELS LIKE HOME

Step inside Raspberry Rose and you’ll find a fresh, relaxing boutique where everyone is greeted by name. Many longtime customers describe us as their “home away from home” — a place to escape the day, see what’s new, and shop in a no‑pressure, friendly environment.

STYLE WITH HEART

We love helping women feel confident. Our honest opinions, curated finds, and warm conversations make it easy to walk out feeling ready for whatever comes next — whether it’s a workday, a weekend, or a special event.

TRENDS YOU CAN ACTUALLY WEAR

We believe fashion should be fun and functional. Some trends aren’t made for everyday life, so we balance fresh styles with pieces that work for the office, family outings, and everything in between. From the perfect little black dress to your new favorite tee, we carry styles that fit real life.

CURATED WITH CARE

When we go to market, we look for variety — pieces that flatter different ages, styles, and personalities. Our goal is simple: to help every customer find something they love. And when you shop at Raspberry Rose, the compliments on your new look are sure to follow.

How it All Began

Raspberry Rose began as one woman’s dream — and her spirit still shapes everything we do.

Maureen Sweeney opened Raspberry Rose in Bellaire and moved it to its current home in the Rice Village in 1983. Maureen was a success in making her boutique the place in Houston to get unparalleled service and unique items that could last a lifetime. By moving to the heart of a shopping destination, Raspberry Rose not only attracted new customers but benefitted current ones too. To keep our loyal customers up to date, Raspberry Rose has evolved over the years to stay current with the latest trends and styles.

Longtime customers remember Maureen’s daughter, Carrie, playing under the racks of the store as a young girl. Over the years, Carrie learned the ins and outs of the boutique business from her mom. She brought fresh ideas and new styles to the store. When Maureen was ready to retire from the boutique, it was a natural fit for Carrie to take over as owner. After a two year battle with cancer, Maureen passed away in early 2012. Her legacy will always be part of Raspberry Rose.
